FAQ and troubleshooting

Is there a monthly fee?

No. You pay for the app once. There is no print service subscription and no account to create.

Do documents leave our network?

No. Odoo creates the PDF or ZPL; the agent on your computer downloads it from your Odoo and prints it. Nothing passes through Novator or any other service.

The computer with the agent was off

Jobs wait in Odoo and print when the agent is back. A job sent to the agent but not confirmed within 10 minutes is marked failed, so nothing is printed twice by surprise. Send it again from Print Jobs.

A printer shows "Not found"

The agent no longer sees it: check that the printer is on and still installed on that computer, then restart the agent.

Can I still download a report?

Yes. Switch Direct Print off in the printer menu, or leave your printer empty for reports without a rule.

Does it work on Odoo Online?

No. Odoo Online does not allow third-party apps. Use Odoo.sh or your own server.
