Regular and sale price in WooCommerce
WooCommerce has two prices per product or variation: the Regular price and an optional Sale price (shown with the regular price crossed out). Odoo sends both: the regular price from the store Pricelist, the sale price from the Sale Price Pricelist when it is lower. When there is no lower price, the sale price is cleared.
Send prices
Automatic: tick Send Prices Automatically on the Products tab. Every hour Odoo sends the prices that changed.
Manual, all products: Sync... > Send prices to the store.
Manual, some products: select them in Catalog > Product Links and choose Actions > Send Price to Store.
Simple products are sent 100 per request, variations 100 per request per parent product. A product WooCommerce refuses is logged with the reason; the others are sent.
Odoo can send prices to WooCommerce for every linked product with Send Price on (in Product Links).
The price sent
- Regular price: the store Pricelist price for one unit, or the product's Sales Price when the store has no pricelist.
- Sale price: when the Sale Price Pricelist gives a lower price for one unit, that price is sent as the sale (reduced) price. Otherwise the sale price is cleared.
- Prices are rounded to two decimals, in the currency of the pricelist.

Price Sent and Sale Price Sent in Product Links show what WooCommerce accepted last time. A test copy of the database never sends prices.
To run a sale, put the reduced prices in the Sale Price Pricelist (for example with a date range on the rules). The hourly check sends them when they start and clears them when they end.
